Is it possible to recover data from Google drive?

No. Storing data on Google drive is, in fact, storing your data in Google cloud servers, that is, your data is physically stored on disks that form storage systems somewhere in Google server racks. If your link to Google drive has been deleted, then even if your data may still be physically stored somewhere on disks in Google servers, it will be impossible to restore them from there.

In general, you can restore what is stored on your media (for example, read about recovering data from a memory card), or at least on media that you have access to, which is needed so that data recovery software can read data directly from sectors. In the case of a Google drive, it is obvious that Google drive clients do not have any access to physical (as well as logical) media at the sector reading level.
