Can Windows read RAW file system?
No, Windows like any other operating system can read only native filesystems (NTFS, FAT, exFAT, and ReFS) or those,
which are known to it, for example, MacOS along with native HFS and HFS+ can also read exFAT which is known for MacOS filesystems drivers.
RAW file system actually means NO file system and therefore Windows cannot read the disks, which turned to RAW.
Important note: if the disk did have filesystem on it before it turned to RAW, you can open the disk content with the help of data recovery software,
which is capable of reading RAW drive data. Read this article to know how to read RAW disk data on Windows.
